Kya Crypto Loss ko Profit se set-off kar sakte hain?
Nahi bhai! According to Section 115BBH of Income Tax Act, agar aapko Bitcoin me ₹50,000 ka profit hua aur Ethereum me ₹30,000 ka loss hua, to aapko pure ₹50,000 par 30% tax (₹15,000) dena hoga. Loss subtract nahi hoga.
1% TDS ka kya matlab hai aur ye kab katata hai?
Jab bhi aap Indian exchange (WazirX, CoinDCX, CoinSwitch) par koi coin sell karte hain ya USDT to INR bechte hain, to total sell amount ka 1% TDS (Section 194S) kat ke government ko deposit hota hai. Aap apna ITR fill karte waqt is 1% TDS ka credit/refund le sakte hain.
